Labor Union is a congress organ for employee representatives that lead the employee to participate in the democratic Management of enterprise. The labor Union set up by public members fully reflects the democracy. Under the guidance of the Labor Union, our employees actively launch the production technology innovation and labor competition campaign. Our company pays attention to positively collecting employees’ reasonable suggestions and caring about female employees’ health and living state. Under leaders’ care and courage, ‘Life Welfare Team’, ‘Production Management Team ‘and’ Regulations Implementation Team’ have been successively set up. The Allegretto Performance Team has been also set up. We held large-scale eisteddfodau party to enrich employees’ leisure life and strengthen the spiritual construction.

On the 25th June, 2005, the drama ‘The Vicissitudes of Mother-river’ was performed at the large-scale special entertainment performance party of ‘2005 population, resources and environment---harmonious society” at Yubo Square, and it was awarded as “Excellent Program”.

On the 29th April,2006, our plant song ‘Let’s do it better’ was awarded as “Excellent Performance” in the singing contest of Cixi, and it imaged out a New citizen of Cixi..

On the evening of 31st December, 2007, the entertainment party “Hundreds of enterprises in harmony” was held in our company, organized by the Andong Town Commission, the Town Government assistant with Labor union and chamber of commerce of Andong and the Party Working Committee of Andong Industry Garden. Our programs ‘Beware honor and disgrace to be in harmony’, and ‘The Erectors’ amazed all the audience.
