Talent is the soul of an enterprise. Manpower training strategy is one important part of corporate developmental strategy. In 2008, we constituted the employee training plan and high-level talent introduction plan. The training for new & primary employees mainly depend on interior training; the training for middle & senior employees and important technical personnel integrate the interior & exterior training. With various trainings and target of "To get benefits by training", we have not only guaranteed the working quality of employees, but also promoted their enthusiasm of study & innovation.
We encourage our employees to join the culture classes of university, collage and senior school. We assume their tuitions generously. In 2005, 34 employees joined in the study of senior schools, 18 in colleges and 10 in universities. Until now, 20 employees have got primary title, 9 employees have assistant title, 6 have middle title and 2 have senior title. Therefore, a firm base has been established for the sustainable healthy development of enterprise.
In order to build excellent middle & high level management group, we carry out the strategy of "Walk out". We have already sent 145 employees to the training of Taiwan VMTA Group, AMASAN and China Chamber of Commerce. Today, they have been the pacemaker of our enterprise. |
