Quality Management
Quality Control of Production: we guarantee the controlled state of each working procedure, including manufacturing technique parameter, personnel, equipment, material, processing, testing method, environment, etc. Each product should pass through plug-in station, construction station, assembly station, testing station, adjustment station, and experiment station. We appoint working procedure explanation. Each station should define the duty of working procedure and technical demand.
Quality Evaluation of Product: we evaluate the products according to social environment, market demand and user’s opinion every half year. We make investigation and deal with user’s opinions effectively to prevent from potential disqualification, defect or other undesirable situations. Some opinions of clients are not caused by the disqualification of products but by the anticipative expectation of clients. We keep improving the design and quality of our products and develop new generation products to satisfy the expectation & demands of clients.

In order to provide superior consultation, installation & debugging and maintenance for users, we have invested a large amount of manpower and material resources to fulfill the service conception of Wanji.
1.The hotline of Customer Service Department will help to solve the problems of clients. For some difficult problems, we will ask for relevant departments to assist you and answer you within 24 hours.
2. Our technicians provide door-to-door training service of installation & debugging for users.
3. We provide services for users who need local training or maintenance. Technicians in each office will arrive within 4 hours after receiving telephone for local users and within 48 hours for users in other provinces.
4. Customer Service Department will deal with opinions, suggestions and complaints of clients in time and feedback the result to the clients.
